Q. Who is Adexio?
A. Adexio is the result of a merger between former Trialta partners Microsell and The Integrators.
Q. What happened to Trialta?
A. The directors of Acuere, Microsell and The Integrators elected to dissolve the Trialta partnership (but not the company), effective May 31st, 2006. In order to avoid confusion, Acuere has returned to trading under its original brand, and Microsell and The Integrators have re-merged to form Adexio.
Q. What does Adexio do?
A. Adexio will continue to specialise in driving business performance using award-winning technology solutions. We retain our strong geographic coverage in Australia and New Zealand, close customer and vendor relationships, and proven technical and business acumen.
Q. Where is Adexio located?
A. Adexio retains offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland and Wellington.
Q. What does the name “Adexio” mean?
A. The directors conceived the name “Adexio” to reflect our continuing commitment to driving business performance. “Ad” is a Latin prefix signifying “toward”, and “exio” is a contraction of "EXcellia In Omnium" (excellence in all things), so “Adexio” means “toward excellence in all things”.
Q. Will I still be working with the same people at Adexio?
A. Absolutely! In fact, we have strengthened our team with a few new faces, and are also in the process of hiring some additional staff to increase our capacity and to better service our customers.
Q. Do I need to update my address book for Adexio?
A. Yes, please update your address book and e-mail contacts to reflect the change in our e-mail domain name. While Trialta e-mail addresses will continue to work for a short while, you should now address your e-mail to firstname.lastname@adexio.com.au or firstname.lastname@adexio.co.nz respectively. For example, an e-mail to Joe Smith in Australia would be addressed to joe.smith@adexio.com.au; or, for Sarah Walker in New Zealand, sarah.walker@adexio.co.nz. Please note that we have no association with adexio.com, and any e-mail addressed to this domain will not be delivered correctly.
Q. Do I still have to pay my Trialta invoices?
A. Yes. Trialta invoices issued for work conducted or items purchased prior to 1st June, 2006 remain due and payable according to the terms and conditions stated on the invoice. All payments for these invoices should be directed to Trialta.
Q. What about my support or maintenance agreements?
A. Your agreements and contracts are safe. Adexio has assumed all responsibility for support and maintenance agreements pertaining to its customers, and there will be no change in your support or maintenance entitlements as a result. In addition, Adexio will soon be introducing free, regular online workshops for customers with support and maintenance agreements in place as a value-added service for our valued clients.
Q. Who should I address my service or purchase orders to from now on?
A. From 1st June, 2006, all Service Orders and Purchase Orders should be addressed to Adexio.
